Members of the Woodlands Cabana Club may rent the Lanai to host parties and events. Information for fees and general event guidelines are below. Parties are a maximum 3hrs (including setup and takedown/cleanup of lanai).

20 or fewer people - $150

21 to 40 people - $200

41 to 60 people - $250

Maximum Party Size: 60 guests

Party fees must be prepaid at the time of the reservation. Checks should be made payable to the Woodlands Cabana Club. Prior to the party, we must have fees paid in full and a completed Rental Agreement Form.

Please note that for more than 40 people, depending on party specifics, we may need to charge for an additional lifeguard.

Guidelines and Booking

All party guests are expected to follow club rules and the party host is responsible for the behavior of their guests. (A complete list of club rules is are found on the WCC website.) The party host is expected to dispose of all trash and leave the party area clean and tidy.
