WOODLANDS

Clinics are for swimmers with swim team or equivalent experience that know the four competitive strokes (6&U Free and Back). We will work on drill progression, proper technique, starts and turns.

Monday through Thursday

2 days/week $175* or 4 days/week $225*

Group 1 4:00pm - 4:40pm**

Group 2 4:45pm - 5:30pm**

Group 3 5:30pm - 6:15pm**

Group 1: 8/Under swimmers developing 4 strokes or older swimmers newer to swimming with coaches in the water.

Group 2: 9-12 year old swimmers who are proficient swimmers. 8/Unders must have 7-8 County times to participate..

Group 3: 11/up advanced swimmers who can maintain a solid stroke with longer distances. 9/10s need county times.

* $25 additional fee/each Non-Cabana Swimmer

**Times are subject to change based on enrollment. Practice times may extend to 6:45pm if more groups are needed.

MARCH PRIVATE & SEMI PRIVATE LESSONS

Session 1 includes 5- 20 minute lessons

3/3-4/6

All lessons are 20 minutes, once a week for ages 3&up.

$200/private or $125/semi-private with Coach Heidi

$150/private or $100/semi-private with Coach Cole

Semi-private lessons must be of a similar age and ability. Participants must form their own groups.
