Meet deadlines & locations
Because entries need to be seeded and organized, it is important we know who will and will NOT be attending swim meets. You MUST sign out your swimmer if they are NOT attending a meet. Here are some instructions.
Please use the following deadlines for sign outs for Dual Meets:
Wednesday Night Meets:
Sign Out by Saturday 9 am
Full meet program will be sent to team no later than Wednesday afternoon.
Saturday Day Meets:
Sign Out By Tuesday 8am
Full meet program will be sent to team no later than Friday evening with the occasional exception.
** Walnut Creek City Meet, Woodlands Invitational and WCSC League Championship Meet will have separate sign out dates much earlier, please keep an eye out for the email on specific dates.
Sign out Directions
- To sign in or out of a meet. Select the MEET you are signing up/out for.
- Select MEET entry
- Select EDIT
- In the drop down box, select "not attending"
- Select SAVE
