Woodlands Swim Club affectionately called “The Cabana Club” has been in the Woodlands neighborhood of Walnut Creek since 1962. It is a place for neighbors to gather for fun, exercise and to cool off. The Cabana Club currently has over 500 members on its past and present mailing list all of whom live a short walk or drive from the club. The club hosts events throughout the year for its members, the largest being opening day in May, a parade and party for the 4th of July, and a closing day chili cook off with trunk or treat in October.Woodlands Swim Club hosts a community based recreational swim team, Woodlands Swim Team (WST), also founded in 1962, for children aged 4 - 18 years of age. Saturday morning and Wednesday evening swim meets allow Woodlands to host teams from all over Walnut Creek and surrounding areas.
At the heart of our team are our families who come from many of the surrounding neighborhoods and schools. We are one big family where it is common to find 6-year-olds hanging out with 16-year-olds, where lifelong friendships are built and where good sportsmanship and encouragement are reinforced every day.

- As a special thanks we will publicize your sponsorship via emails and/or social media post. Emails are sent weekly during the summer to over 300 members.

Silver $500:
All benefits of Bronze, plus:
- Full Color (4’x6’) banner prominently displayed at WST for the 2024 season
- Your logo and URL on the Sponsorship page of our website
Gold $750:
All benefits of Bronze and Silver, plus:
- Ability to highlight sponsor's specials/deals included in one Cabana Club email blast to more than 500 current and past members
- Sponsorship announcement/ promotion at all home meets and Invitational
Platinum $1,250:
All benefits of Bronze, Silver, and Gold, plus:
- Vendor Booth- Opportunity to pass out coupons/advertising and sell product at five home meets and Invitational*
*Woodlands is also the proud host of the Woodlands Invitational - the largest and longest standing Recreational Invitational swim meet in the entire country. This event is a memorable weekend full of competitive races with swimmers representing teams from all over Contra Costa County. This meet hosts over 3,000 swimmers, coaches, supporters and fans alike! Your company will be featured throughout this amazing weekend!
